  • Maintain schedule and keep key milestones clear.
  • Maintain good communication with everyone involved.
  • Keep project to plan. If deviation is required, understand why and maintain good documentation.
  • Keep the drawings up-to-date.
  • Maintain focus on the critical metrics of the project though the entire action phase.

COMPLETION CHECKLIST

  • What does the customer need to maintain this good condition?
  • Does the process alarm when key variables deviate?
  • Can an operator or maintenance person easily return to standard condition?
  • Does the system provide the feedback necessary to troubleshoot? Add alarms, trending and additional visualization as needed.
  • Document the project in its final state.
  • Confirm that the customer has all programs and CAD drawings, including electrical/mechanical parts list and drawings.
  • Confirm that the customer has everything they need and are confident in maintaining the process.
